Currently we request that you register your interest in Rushmore American School by clicking here. In January 2025 we will be contacting families to complete an application form. Once this step has been completed you will be contacted by the Admissions Team.

Rushmore American School mandates parents to fulfil MoE and SPEA standards in their registration process. Required documents encompass passport copies, UAE residency visas, Emirates ID cards, attested birth and transfer certificates, grade 2 and above report cards, immunization schedules, five student photos, one parent photo, and previous school report cards. For inter-emirate transfers, a transfer certificate or alternative documentation from the prior school suffices. Click here for a list of required documents.

Application fees for new students, at AED 500.00, are refundable if a place is not offered, non-refundable if accepted but declined, and not deductible from total tuition fees if a place is accepted. Registration and re-registration deposits, both AED 500.00, secure places for new and existing students, respectively, with the former being non-refundable and adjustable against the first term's tuition fees.

For Kindergarten entry at Rushmore American School, students must be 4 years old by 31^st August 2025 for KG1 and 5 years old for KG2.

Yes, Rushmore American School conducts assessments as part of the admission process. While Pre-KG, KG1, and KG2 admission involves observation and checklists, Grade 1 may include an interview and a school readiness assessment. Grades 3-12 assessments vary, incorporating dialogues, practical assessments, and standardized tests, with consideration for students with English as an additional language.
