Emma Baker- Founding Principal

Hello, my name is Emma Baker, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Founding Principal of Rushmore American School. With 15 years of experience in education across the UK and UAE, I have been fortunate to work with incredible teams, students, and families to build vibrant school communities where every child can thrive.

As the Founding Principal, I am passionate about creating a school where students feel inspired, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. I believe that education is about more than academic success, it’s about nurturing character, fostering creativity, and empowering students to make a positive impact in the world and at Rushmore we will be helping shape future leaders.

It is my great privilege to welcome you to Rushmore, a school founded on ambition, care, and an unwavering commitment to every child’s success.
